

Commandant: Stéphane Bélanger
Stéphane Bélanger has been in charge of Poste de Quartier 38 since February 18, 2008.
Originally from Rimouski, where he completed his policing techniques studies, Commandant Bélanger joined the Service de police de la Ville de Montréal in 1990.
He has served in many different functions, including as agent senior, sergent, lieutenant and commandant. As sergent, he was responsible for road safety in the Ville-Marie borough.
Mr. Bélanger earned a certificate in police and security management at the Université de Montréal, and he has extensive experience as a manager. He was the chief at Poste de Quartier 31 for two years before taking over Poste de Quartier 38.
Commandant Bélanger is pleased to have joined the dynamic and professional team at PDQ 38, and he is glad to be back in one of the busiest sectors of the city.
