• Handling and follow-up of criminal complaints by the station investigator
• Hotline provided by community relations officers for citizens and community organizations
• Information booths and meetings on crime prevention
• Meeting and follow-up with road safety complainants
• Problem resolution (citizens' complaints, traffic problems)
• Presentations (fraud, robbery, safety)
• Preventive security visits (homes, businesses)
• Safety advice
• Safety patrol during extended absences
• Verification and installation of children's car seats
