Over the years, the Musée de la police has collected hundreds of artefacts that reflect police history in Montréal over the centuries.

Far from a random collection, this selection has been meticulously chosen to both instruct and pay homage, based on the museum’s major themes.

The display items were chosen with great care to ensure sufficient diversity to reflect the rich history they represent. Although a few photographs cannot hope to do honour to the wealth and diversity of the collection, these images will give you a taste of what the museum has to offer.
