1937: The Service de police de Montréal’s first radio-car. Note: the radio could receive calls but could not confirm receipt or respond verbally.

1967: Mounted police officer in full regalia, at Expo 67 (World international fair in Montréal)

Motorcycles with side-cars were part of the police scenery until the early 1980s. Because they were much more stable, these motorcycles could be used all year round.
